Last weekend there was a charity auction for the Kinderschutz Zentrum Berlin at Tagesspiegel publishing house. I donated with 30 other international artists one of my art works.

Dear Artlovers,
Like every year I have a very special christmas offer for you. You are welcome to see the art in my studio in Berlin or in Santanyi on Mallorca.
The theme of this years campaign:
GOOD WILL BY ART
Like in 2010 – from the 1st to the 24th of december 2011 – 20% of all pictures and photos I sell will go to charity. Last year I collected more than 400 € that I donated to the victims of the flood disaster in Pakistan.
I will donate

> 20% of all sold photos

Photos „Plakatief – A World in Layers”
The photos are done in small Limited Editions of 5 per image in the size 28 cm x 35,5 cm. They are printed on aluminium and will be manufactured especially for you. Many photos are from my photobook “Plakatief – A World in Layers” that was published at Kerber and has recently been nominated for the “Deutscher Fotobuchpreis 2012″ (German Photobook Award 2012)

ArtDinner – the new cultural Event on Mallorca. ArtDinner is not just a feast for the eyes, but also a culinary delight – it is the potencial to sit on one long table with enjoyable athmosphere, good food, tasteful wine and nice people spending an unforgettable night. Wie in jedem Jahr gibt es auch in 2011 wieder eine Weihnachtsaktion vom 1. – 24. Dezember.Nach Absprache können Sie gerne mein Atelier in Berlin oder auf Mallorca in Santanyi besuchen und einige der Werke im Original anschauen.

Wie auch im letzten Jahr werden wieder 20% aller Verkäufe zwischen dem 1. und 24. Dezember 2011 gespendet. 2010 sind über 400€ zusammengekommen, die an die Opfer der Flutkatastrophe in Pakistan gespendet wurden.

Die Fotos werden in Kleinstauflagen produziert und sind limitiert auf 5 Abzüge pro Motiv im Format 28 cm x 35,5 cm. Sie sind auf Aluminium gedruckt und werden speziell für Sie angefertigt. ArtDinner ist ein Augen- und Gaumenschmaus – die Möglickeit an einer langen Tafel bei angenehmer Atmosphäre, gutem Essen, leckerem Wein und netten Leuten einen unvergesslichen Abend zu verleben. Umgeben von interessanter Kunst, gewärmt vom prasselden Feuer im offenen Kamin.

My new PRESS page
21 SepComing back to the isalnd I realized that in my absence two new articles in magazines were published. They were both about the exhibition opening at Rialto Living in Palma de Mallorca. That reminded me that I really need a Propper press page. So today I put all my time into that and now you can find all (most) articles, reports and artist portraits on my webpage and also on my blog (on the left hand side Pola- Press).

NEW YORK – I am coming!!!
10 MaiI am so excited. In a few hours we will take the bus to New York. This will probably be the only possiblity for me to take photos of posterwalls – there is just none here. We have been to a few cities now and I havn’t seen a single poster, not even talking about a postewall…
Wish me luck! I will let you know, if I found something.
